Looking out for our neighbours

Being a good neighbour is easy!

I am a council tenant in Kirklees due to my daughters disabilities and we live next to mainly elderly neighbours. Whatever time of year, me and my partner always help our neighbours. Usually by gritting their paths, knocking on their door to see if they need anything from the shops, taking stuff to the tip or even running them to and from the shops if they need extra help.

They also help us by bringing ours bins in if we haven’t already etc. I love my neighbours and wider community x
